I hold a Masters in Psychology, a Master Certification in Life Coaching, Certification as a Gottman Trained Therapist and I have over 28 relevant years of experience. I am also a member of American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors & Therapists (AASECT).I have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
